Our days are based on (x10) hours/per session......

We have a minimum (x3) hour charge......

$25.00 (CDN) per/hour If you use a freelance engineer but they must have a great deal of experience and be cleared by us first....

Session players and outside equipment are an addition cost and must be arranged a minimum of 7 days in advance...

We do not burn session CDs so if you want to keep the individual session tracks for later recordings you must purchase a harddrive either through us or on your own (I recommend at least a 40 gig harddrive and it must be formatted FAT 32)...If you do not purchase a harddrive then we will erase the sessions once the final CDs are burned....

It is illegal to record others music works that are not original to you without written consent in the form of a license.. You may obtain such rights at the CMRRA...

MASTERING

$40.00 (CDN) per hour....It generally takes about an hour per song but will vary depending on what is needed.... You will receive 2 CD redbook copies of your mixes..


JINGLES

We have jingle rates starting at $400.00 (very basic) and up depending on what your requirements are....Email or call for details (see "Contacts")..

PAYMENT

We require a payment of 1/2 down based on the approximate time needed for the recordings to hold your session which is outlined in the session contract... All money owed to the studio must be paid in full before we can release any of the recorded product... If you pay by cheque we must hold the finished product until the check clears (usually 7 to 10 working days)....

CONTRACT

All clients must sign a standard recording contract agreement.....

LODGING

If you are from out of town and need a place to stay we can assist you in finding a facility close by (at your expense)....
